Last summer, we had the incredible opportunity to be featured on BBC One’s The Repair Shop on the Road. Unlike its usual format, the show sent its expert team across the UK to visit workshops dedicated to restoring and preserving treasured items.
You might be wondering—what does this have to do with sporran making? A significant part of our craft does not just involve manufacturing new handmade sporrans. The artisans in our Perth workshop also repair cherished family heirlooms that have been passed down for generations but have suffered the effects of time. Our skilled craftsmen meticulously restore these sporrans to their former glory, ensuring they can continue to be worn and appreciated by future generations.
