Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@morrison-sporrans.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Margaret Morrison Ltd, Ruthvenfield Grove, Unit 7, Perth PH1 3FN.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellation Window (24 Hours)
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, for any reason, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
To cancel within this window:
- Log in to your account and use the Cancel Order option on your order status page, or
- Contact us at sales@morrison-sporrans.co.uk quoting your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched before we receive y
our cancellation request, it will instead be treated as a withdrawal under Section 2 below, and you will need to return the goods.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This cooling-off period begins on the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last item in your order, and extends over weekends and public holidays.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by submitting a return or cancellation request through your account, or by contacting us directly at sales@morrison-sporrans.co.uk
Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the original purchase price. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated
Returning Goods (EU Customers)
If you withdraw from this contract, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before this 14-day period expires.
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed with us in writing.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment method minus the shipping cost back to us within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
